2017 College Football Preview: Big Ten

College football is coming. To prepare for the season, Ski-U-Blog is previewing the whole of FBS by each conference. Today, the last conference on the list and the one most relevant to the author's interests, the Big Ten.

Ohio State is good. Illinois is bad. Rutgers and Maryland are in the wrong conference. The status quo is alive and well in the Big Ten.
